They work on a shoestring and have a succession of failed businesses to their names, despite both (brothers) only being in their early 20s. They smashed a parcel of mine up and refused to pay the compensation via the insurance I had paid. A Norwich bailiff eventually got me a cheque, but it took a while - certainly the snappy bulldog who answers their phone wasn't going to help!
